A new Hydra Newsletter has been published. The newsletter contains articles on technical progess, project visibility and dissemination activities as well as new information and training material avaliable from the Hydra project.

The third Hydra Newsletter contains a compelling arcicle on how the Hydra Middleware demonstrates flexibility and service
performance at the CeBIT 2009 fair and the GSMA Mobile World Congress i Barcelona.
It also features technical articles on Semantic Technologies and their application in the Hydra project and how Siemens brings na ew device category to Hydra.
